Lightspeed POS Inc. Files Preliminary Prospectus for Initial Public Offering

MONTRÉAL, Feb. 6, 2019 /CNW Telbec/ – Lightspeed POS Inc. (“Lightspeed” or the “Company”) today announced that it has filed a preliminary prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories of Canada (the “Preliminary Prospectus”) for a proposed initial public offering of subordinate voting shares (the “Offering”). The number and price of the subordinate voting shares to be sold have not yet been determined.

BMO Capital Markets, National Bank Financial Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities Canada Inc. are acting as lead underwriters and joint bookrunners for the Offering.
