Mastercard Partners with Vogue on Third Annual Forces of Fashion Summit

Company hosts attendees at PRICELESS restaurant, integrates Mastercard Provenance Solution into Shop

NEW YORK – October 10, 2019 – Mastercard today announced its partnership with Vogue for Forces of Fashion, the title’s annual event bringing fashion’s most innovative and prominent figures together. With this year’s discussions centered on the theme “Forces for the Future” and covering topics including sustainability, Mastercard is complementing the dialogue by integrating its Mastercard Provenance Solution into the on-site Vogue Shop to showcase the opportunity to drive greater consumer transparency and awareness around the products they’re purchasing.

Mastercard Provenance Solution will give shoppers at the event the ability to scan a QR code on select items in the on-site shop to trace each step of the products’ journeys, from material sourcing to production.  Guests who use their Mastercard for purchases in the shop will receive a special gift.
